  • Payment outside of our authorized methods of payment (gng.com/shop-for-service/payment-options)
  • Personal information
• Be sure you call the correct GNG number:

  • Delinquency (888.807.1297)
  • Automated phone payments (800.218.4926)
• If you have any doubt about a GNG number, email, letter, or text, call our customer service number to verify.

• Verify that you are on the official GNG website at gng.com when conducting web searches or clicking a link for GNG such as gng.com/pay-now.
