Georgia Natural Gas^® customers can now download a new and improved mobile app on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The app gives GNG customers a convenient way to check and pay their natural gas bills or get immediate updates on their account status. 

If you’re a GNG customer, what else can the app do for you? Here are a just a few additional features: 

• Log in to your account using Face/Touch ID. Skip the normal login process and just use your face or fingertip to log into your account.
• Renew your existing plan when it’s close to expiring. Or if you want a new plan, you can shop and sign up for one with just a few clicks of a button.
• Update your contact information. If you want to change your contact email address or phone number associated with your account, it’s a quick and simple process on the app.
• Set account preferences. Want to set up your account on autopay with your bank account or credit card? You can do that. Want to go fully paperless in your communications with us? You can do that too.
• Sign up for optional products and services. Maybe you’re interested in making your natural gas usage carbon neutral and environmentally conscious by signing up for Greener Life^®. You can do all of this on the GNG app with a couple of clicks.
• Learn more about perks and special offers. You can stay on top of our newest promotions, perks, and offers any time you look at your phone.
