GNG Celebrates Women's History Month
March 3, 2025
In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re excited to feature some of the amazing women who help make our company great. These incredible team members come from different backgrounds and bring a wide array of skills and perspectives. By telling their stories, we want to celebrate their contributions, inspire others, and highlight the importance of diversity and inclusion in our workplace.

What does representation or inclusion mean to you?
"Representation means seeing individuals of all ethnicities in various roles and positions of influence, whether in marketing, media, politics, business, or other sectors. It validates my experiences and assures me that my identity and contributions are recognized and valued.
Inclusion involves creating an environment where I have equal access to opportunities, resources, and support. This includes fair hiring practices, career advancement opportunities, and equitable pay. It means that my cultural background and experiences are respected and understood. This includes acknowledging the historical and systemic challenges faced by African American women and actively working to address those issues.
Representation and inclusion means having a voice in decision-making processes and being able to influence policies and practices that affect me and my community. It ensures that my perspectives and needs are considered and addressed. Feeling safe and welcomed in various environments, whether at work, in social settings, or in public spaces, is essential. This includes being free from discrimination, harassment, and bias.
To me, representation and inclusion means creating a society where I can be seen, heard, respected, and given equal opportunities to thrive and contribute."

What does representation or inclusion mean to you?
"Representation and inclusion are fundamental concepts that contribute to creating a diverse and equitable workplace.
Representation refers to the presence of individuals from various backgrounds, including different races, genders, ages, abilities, sexual orientations, and other characteristics, within an organization. It ensures that the workforce reflects the diverse society in which we live and that different perspectives are acknowledged and valued.
Inclusion, on the other hand, is about creating an environment where all individuals feel welcomed, respected, and valued. It means that everyone has equal access to opportunities and resources and can contribute fully to the organization's success. Inclusion involves actively fostering a culture where diverse voices are heard and considered, and where barriers to participation are removed.
Together, representation and inclusion help build a workplace where diversity is not only present but is also leveraged to drive innovation, collaboration, and overall organizational success. And that is why we are so successful here at GNG. I am honored to work and be a part of such an amazing work family."

What does Women's History Month mean to you?
"Women’s History Month is a chance to celebrate all the amazing things women have done, both those who came before me and the ones I'm lucky enough to know. I love seeing the women around me crush their goals and chase their dreams, and it's awesome to be a small part of that. We all have such different things we're working towards and cheering each other on is so important. That's what this month is all about for me – supporting women wherever they are in their journey and helping them get where they want to be."

What does representation or inclusion mean to you?
"To me, diversity and inclusion means being seen for who I am and being able to show up as my true self, without feeling like I have to downplay my gender or cultural background. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels respected, heard, and able to bring their full selves to work without worrying about being excluded. As an Indian American woman working at GNG I feel like I am able to be myself and feel empowered by working with other women."
By leveraging the strengths and capabilities of women from diverse backgrounds, we can foster a more dynamic and inclusive work environment. It is essential to amplify these voices, provide mutual support, and strive towards a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
